ANNUAL DUES

The Property Owners of Surfside Shores is a voluntary association.It was formed and incorporated in 2004 by then current board and president Ralph Gilges. The association was not active for several years and reactivated in 2015. At the first meeting in 2016 the dues were set at $100.00 per calendar year.  

In 2020 the annual dues were increased to $200 after vote in annual meeting.

These funds are used to pay for landscaping at entrance and first 3 medians, utilities for the light at the entrance, sprinkler system for first median area, mowing of Meyer Park, matting for golf carts at the main entrance, temporary mat on the beach at the main entrance, and maintenance of trash cans at the beach entrance along with signs and other projects.

Also a reminder, for members in good standing (i.e., have paid their annual dues), you are also covered under our general liability insurance policy for any damages incurred on the common areas of the community (beach entrances, etc.).
