PROPERTY OWNERS OF SURFSIDE SHORES
Drawing of Proposed Boardwalk Project
The 2024 Annual meeting was held on Saturday 1/27 /24 at the Hideaway meeting room with a 48 present . Regretfully we did have issues with the ZOOM link . Minutes for the meeting are posted on that page. Elections were held and new President Tony Pappas, Vice President Yvonne Meek Secretary Brenda Easterling and Treasurer Renee Nichols were elected .
Next workday will be scheduled and posted on this page and also announced on the Surfside Shores facebook . Hope you will join us and help out if your schedule will permit. Please pay your annual dues for 2024 ,if you have not and be a active part of taking care of the neighborhood common spaces.
Please be kind to others and keep control (leash) of your critters. *Reminder* not everyone loves dogs and allowing yours to run free is not responsible or legal .
Also, please “pick up” after them and keep our beaches and subdivision clean.
PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS
There is a lot of misinformation about public vs. private beach access. While the beach is open to the public, ACCESS to the beach from Surfside Shores is PRIVATE and is to be used only by residents and guests. There is no public parking in Surfside Shores; automobiles are subject to be towed if parked illegally in the neighborhood.
